Siem Reap, Cambodia: After visiting Angkor Wat, we made our way to Ta Prohm, which is supposed to exemplify what the temples looked like before they were restored by architects over the last 150 years. Ta Prohm is au naturale, with enomous trees growing in and around it that have taken over the temple; walking around it feels like Indiana Jones (and it was one of the locations where Tomb Raider was filmed).
We also included some pictures of Phimeanakas because, well, it was the next place we went, and it wasn’t cool enough to deserve its own post.
